This morning we went into the settlement for a Souse Out Bahamian Breakfast. Souse is a Bahamian breakfast soup made with different meats or fish. The specialty for today was sheep's tongue souse. Everyone passed on that except Barb, who had a pork souse and the rest of us dined on ham, egg, & cheese croissants.
After breakfast we walked slowly back to our dinghies and spotted this highly customized golf cart. Barry just had to take a picture!
We are hoping to leave here on Wednesday or Thursday and head to Ft. Pierce for a Friday arrival in the USA.
